Deep tissue-slow firm strokes are applied parallel to the muscle fibers to increase circulation and facilitate healing process.

Shiatsu- an oriental technique with moderate to strong touch using "shi"(finger)and "atsu"(pressure) to simulate and restore balance to to the body by releasing blockages along the energy pathway

Pre Natal Massage - helps to relieve back pain,discomfort and shoulder tension associated with pregnancy. Pregnancy pillow is used to allow client to lie on her stomack and back comfortably.

Lomi Lomi - an ancient Hawaiian art that has been passed down by hawaiian elders "kupuna". Lomi means to touch with loving hands.Rhythimic,vigourous strokes are applied to help relieve sore muscles.
